The QGF-S series fills and seals three-color jelly cups. It combines layered filling and cooling in an automatic production process.
Three-color and layered jelly products. Please provide the cup format, jelly formulation and desired layer arrangement to confirm the production configuration.
Cup feeding → first filling → first cooling → second filling → second cooling → fruit-particle filling → third filling → first heat sealing → second heat sealing → alignment correction → cutting → waste-film collection → finished cup discharge.
