Overview

The QGF-10 automatically fills and seals wide-mouth plastic cups, boxes and bowls. It is a specific model within the QGF cup filling and sealing range.

Applications

Yogurt, jelly, pudding, milk, fermented milk, tofu, drinking water and semi-fluid pastes. Please confirm container dimensions and filling requirements for your product.

Operating Process and Features

Cup feeding → film placement → filling → photoelectric alignment → first sealing → second sealing → cutting → waste-film collection → finished pack discharge.

Stainless-steel main body.
An automatic date-coding unit can be fitted.
Machine configuration should be selected for the product, container and sealing film.
