Overview

The QGF-3 is an automatic cup filling and sealing machine for dairy products, beverages and semi-fluid products. Its main body is made of 304 stainless steel, with a CIP cleaning system and an air purification cover.

Applications

Applications include coffee cream, fermented milk, set-style yogurt, ice cream, fruit juice and semi-fluid pastes. Please confirm the filling and cleaning configuration for your product.

Operating Process and Features

Cup feeding → dust suction and removal → filling → film placement → sealing and inspection → lid placement and pressing → finished cup discharge.

PLC control with a human-machine interface.
Variable-frequency speed adjustment.
Independent temperature control for the heat sealing heads.
Functional modules can be added or removed according to production requirements.
