This machine is suitable for filling various fluid and paste materials including fruit jam, chocolate sauce, fruit juice, milk, soybean milk, jelly, beverages and cleaning agents.
All procedures run automatically: automatic pouch feeding → quantitative filling (nitrogen flushing available simultaneously) → nozzle cleaning → cap sorting & sleeving → capping → finished product discharge. It is fitted with a photoelectric detection device that halts filling when no pouch is sensed. Equipped with an automatic liquid level control system, the machine achieves favorable filling measurement precision. Functional modules can be added or removed according to customers’ production requirements.
The machine features a compact and well-structured design with proven supporting configurations, capable of meeting the production demands of various stand-up pouches.
Electrical and pneumatic components of the equipment are sourced from a range of world-famous brands from Germany, Japan, France and other regions.
Optional accessories include transparent plastic-steel safety guards, sterilization and air purification assemblies to build a clean filling environment. The main frame of the machine is fabricated from acid and alkali resistant stainless steel, complying with relevant hygiene specifications for food applications.
