The whole production process operates automatically: automatic pouch feeding → quantitative filling → nozzle cleaning → cap feeding → capping → finished product discharge. It is equipped with an automatic detection device to suspend filling when no pouch is detected, and an automatic liquid level control system that delivers stable filling metering precision.
The machine adopts a PLC and human-machine interaction control system. It features a well-engineered overall structure and mature standard configurations, compatible with diverse pouch packaging production scenarios.
