Product Features:
This machine is designed for weighing, filling and sealing solid materials such as monosodium glutamate crystals, chicken essence, puffed snacks, rice crackers, potato strips, melon seeds, peanuts, green peas, candies, chocolates, biscuits, granulated sugar, rock sugar, various seeds, pistachios and pet food.
The full production process runs automatically: robotic pouch picking → date coding → air blowing to open pouches → filling and vibrating compaction → heat sealing → shaping and finished pouch discharge.
Equipped with an electric control system combining PLC and touch screen together with a human-machine interface, the machine is simple and convenient to operate.
It is fitted with detection modules and a variable frequency speed control mechanism. The machine halts filling when no pouch is detected and stops sealing under material shortage conditions; the operating speed can be adjusted as required.
The machine adopts a three-section roller sealing structure with intelligent temperature control. Finished packages feature flat and neat sealing seams and excellent overall texture.
