Features:
This is an automatic pre-made pouch filling and sealing machine. It supports automatic filling and sealing of solid, granular, powder, liquid and viscous materials. Covering a wide range of product types, it can be matched with different dosing fillers to meet diversified production demands. Optional attachments include multi-head combination weigher, rotary feeding disc, screw feeder, rotary lobe pump, metering pump and conveying equipment.
All production procedures run automatically: robotic pouch picking → date coding → air blowing to open pouches → filling & material vibration compaction → heat sealing → shaping & finished pouch discharge.
The machine adopts an electrical control system consisting of PLC and touch screen with human-machine interface, enabling simple and convenient operation.
It features a three-section roller sealing structure with intelligent temperature regulation for heat sealing. Seams of finished packages are flat and neat with premium overall texture.
Pouch size changeover is effortless; the width of the automatic pouch feeding mechanism can be quickly adjusted via handwheels.
A detection unit is equipped as standard. The machine will suspend filling and heat sealing if no pouch is detected or pouches fail to open properly, reducing waste of raw materials and packaging films.
Fitted with variable frequency speed control components, the production running speed can be adjusted within the preset range as required.
The machine casing and all food-contact parts are made of stainless steel, complying with relevant hygiene specifications for food processing.
