This machine is developed and manufactured for customers with high-cleanliness production requirements. As a new fully automatic filling and sealing unit, it is applicable to filling and sealing processing with strict hygiene standards for coffee cream, fermented milk, set-style yogurt, ice cream, fruit juice and other semi-fluid paste materials.
All working procedures are completed automatically: cup feeding → dust suction & removal → material filling → single-layer film laying → sealing inspection → cap feeding & pressing → finished product discharge. Optional functional modules can be added or removed according to customers’ production demands.
The main body of the machine is constructed of 304 stainless steel. It is equipped with an automatic CIP cleaning mechanism and Class 100 air purification dust cover to form a clean filling environment. Controlled by a PLC combined with human-machine interface and supporting variable frequency speed regulation, the machine features simple operation. Each heat sealing head adopts an independent temperature control design with stable temperature performance and excellent sealing tightness, ensuring smooth machine operation.
Electrical accessories and control systems of the equipment adopt components from well-known brands in Germany, France, Japan, South Korea and other regions.
