Structure features:
This machine fits wide-mouth plastic cups, plastic boxes and plastic bowls. It is available for filling and sealing processing of yoghurt, jelly, pudding, milk, fermented milk, tofu, drinking water and all kinds of semi-fluid paste materials.
It is a fully automatic filling and sealing machine with fully automated complete working procedures: cup feeding → filling → coding → photoelectric alignment correction → primary sealing → secondary sealing → cutting → waste film recovery → finished product discharge. Functional modules can be added or removed according to customers’ production requirements.
The main body of the machine is made of stainless steel, equipped with a variable frequency speed control mechanism, and jointly controlled by PLC and human-machine interface. It is easy to operate and runs smoothly, complying with relevant hygiene specifications for food processing.
The supporting components of the machine adopt multiple well-known brand parts from Germany, France, Japan, South Korea and other regions to facilitate stable and continuous operation of each system.
