Structure Feature:
This machine is applicable to filling all kinds of fluid materials such as fruit jam, chocolate sauce, fruit juice, milk, soybean milk, jelly, beverages and cleaning agents.
The entire production process runs automatically: pouch feeding → quantitative filling → nozzle cleaning → cap feeding → capping → finished product discharge. It is equipped with a photoelectric detection function; the filling procedure will not activate if no pouch is detected. Fitted with an automatic liquid level control system, the machine delivers reliable filling measurement accuracy.
Functional modules can be added or removed based on customers’ actual production demands. The machine features a well-designed structure and mature manufacturing configuration, suitable for production scenarios involving various stand-up pouches.
