Structure Feature:
This machine is a new food packaging equipment independently developed and manufactured by our factory. It is applicable to filling and sealing processing of various flowable sauces and materials, including fluid raw materials such as tomato sauce, fruit jam, chocolate sauce and butter. It can also be used for filling and packaging biscuits, candies, tablets and capsules.
Fitted with a PLC human-machine control interface and supporting variable frequency speed regulation, the machine delivers easy operation. The whole machine operates automatically through all working procedures: vacuum forming → material filling → photoelectric alignment correction → hermetic sealing → cutting and separating → finished product discharging.
Core spare parts of the equipment adopt components from well-known brands in Germany, France, Japan, South Korea and other countries to ensure smooth and long-term operation of the machine. The sealing and cutting sections produce neat and attractive shapes, and finished packages feature good texture.
