Structure Feature:
This machine is a new food packaging unit independently developed and manufactured by our factory. It is suitable for filling and sealing all kinds of flowable sauces, including tomato sauce, fruit jam, chocolate sauce, butter and more. It can also fill and pack solid materials such as biscuits, candies, tablets and capsules.
Equipped with a PLC human-machine control interface and supporting variable frequency speed regulation, the machine is easy to operate. The full automatic production sequence is as follows: cup & container forming → material filling → photoelectric alignment correction → hermetic sealing → cutting & slitting → finished product discharge.
Key spare parts of the machine adopt components from well-known brands in Germany, France, Japan, South Korea and other regions to maintain stable operation. The sealed and cut edges are neat and attractive, delivering good texture for finished packages.
