This machine adopts an innovative structural design and is mainly used for filling and sealing three-color jelly. The whole production line operates automatically in the following sequence: automatic cup feeding → quantitative filling → primary cooling → quantitative filling → secondary cooling → fruit grain filling → third-time quantitative filling → primary heat sealing → secondary heat sealing → automatic alignment correction → cutting → waste film recovery → finished product discharge. Supporting functions can be adjusted according to production requirements.

The pressing positions of sealing plates on the heat sealing and cutting modules are all fitted with automatic alignment correction structures, which help improve the forming quality of seals, deliver neat cutting edges and reduce friction between cutting blades and molds. Equipped with a rapid cooling mechanism, the machine enables continuous production with layered filling and cooling. The finished three-color jelly products feature an attractive appearance.
