Structure features:
This machine is compatible with wide-mouth plastic cups, plastic boxes and plastic bowls. It can complete filling and sealing processing for yoghurt, jelly, pudding, milk, fermented milk, tofu, drinking water and various semi-fluid paste materials.
It is a fully automatic filling and sealing machine with all processes running automatically: cup feeding → film laying → filling → photoelectric alignment correction → primary sealing → secondary sealing → cutting → waste film recovery → finished product discharge.
An automatic coding unit can be equipped to print production dates. The machine is user-friendly and runs stably, complying with relevant hygiene specifications for food processing.
